Returns Policy

Kings Workwear – Return Policy

We aim to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a return.

General Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • No returns are accepted on clearance items or special-order items.

  • A copy of your Kings Workwear invoice or valid proof of purchase (Order ID) must be included with all returns.

  • Goods must be unused, in original, unopened packaging, with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories intact.

Change of Mind / Not Suitable

  • A restocking fee of $20 or 15% of the product value (whichever is greater) may apply.
    This fee covers supplier restocking charges and will be applied at our discretion.

  • Customers are responsible for all postage costs for returns due to:

    • Change of mind

    • Wrong size or colour ordered

    • Not suitable for intended use

  • Postage fees include:

    1. Shipping the goods to our store (Kings Workwear)

    2. Also have to pay for A return label to send the correct size or colour back to you if you changing Size or Colour. 

Free Shipping Orders – Change of Mind Returns

If returning an item that was shipped for free:

  • You must cover return freight to Kings Workwear.

  • A $20 administration fee will be deducted from your refund.
    This fee covers the original freight cost paid by Kings Workwear for orders over $199 and a small fees for restocking

Faulty Goods

  • Contact us at info@kingsworkwear.com.au or 08 6243 6530 to discuss the fault and confirm warranty terms.

  • Proof of purchase is required and Send some photos for the fault which product size and colour and tag label visible on photos. 

  • Postage of returned goods is the sellers responsibility if the item found to be faulty. A return label will be sent to you. 

  • Depending on the fault, we will arrange a repair, exchange, or store credit (postage Included).

  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

How to Return

  • Email info@kingsworkwear.com.au for return instructions and the return address. Some case we may ask you to send the order direct to our suppliers warehouse if order was dispatched from warehouse. 

  • Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
