Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTABLE ON CLEARANCE ITEMS & SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS

Returns for change of mind/Not suitable

A copy of the Kings workwear invoice or proof of purchase must be attached to all returned goods.

There may be a restocking fee of $20 or 15% whichever is greater.( This fees are mainly to cover the cost of returning the goods back to the supplier as the suppliers charge fees). This fees will be charged on situation basis

Goods must be unused and in original unopened packaging, with original ticketing and all accompanying instructions, manuals, and other accompanying materials.

Resupply of goods due to change of mind, not suitable, wrong size/colour ordered or any other circumstances due to customer fault will incur postage fee paid by Customer.

 (This Postage fees incluce goods to be send to our shop + a return label to send back the goods to your address with Correct Size or colour)

Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment or at the store’s discretion, excluding the original delivery charge (unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).

Return Policy for Free Shipped Product (In case of Change of Mind)

In case of a ‘FREE Shipped Product’ return, you are required to freight the goods back to Kings Workwear Shop, at your own expense, plus you will incur a $15 administration fee, which will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. The $15 fee includes restocking and postage cost that was paid by Kings Workwear to the freight on behalf of customers’ orders over $150. Faulty Goods

Please call or email Kings workwear to discuss the fault and to confirm the terms of any manufacturer’s warranty. If approved, the Postage of returned goods is the responsibility of the person or company returning the goods. Depending on the nature of the fault, Kings Workwear will arrange a repair, exchange, or store credit (excluding the postage fee). Proof of purchase will be required.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
