Stock & Shipping Policy

Kings Workwear (ABN: 54 201 129 649) delivers Australia-wide from our warehouse in Southern River, Perth, Western Australia. We dispatch orders using trusted carriers including Australia Post, CouriersPlease, and StarTrack, depending on your location and order size.

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Please note: not all products displayed online are available at our Southern River store. If you wish to purchase in-store, please contact us first to confirm local stock availability.

2. Order Dispatch Times

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your order will be dispatched according to the following timeframes:

Out-of-stock items (sourced from supplier)	7–10 business days
Embroidery or screen printing orders	14–20 business days from order confirmation
Pre-order items	As per estimated date on product page (subject to supplier delays of up to 1 week)

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together when the pre-order item arrives. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place them in a separate order.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or remote location surcharges. Kings Workwear is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Order Fulfilment

To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, orders may be shipped from our Southern River, Perth warehouse or directly from our trusted Australian supplier partners, depending on stock availability. All supplier partners are carefully selected and quality-verified by Kings Workwear.

6. Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our Southern River, WA store.
Please do not come to collect your order until you have received a confirmation email or phone call from Kings Workwear confirming your order is ready.
Bring your order confirmation email and a valid photo ID when collecting.

7. Changing Your Shipping Address

You may request a shipping address change provided your order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse or supplier. To request a change, contact us immediately after placing your order:

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received tracking details within your expected dispatch timeframe, please contact us at info@kingsworkwear.com.au.

9. Lost or Damaged Parcels

While we take every care to package your order securely, occasionally parcels may be lost or damaged in transit. Please follow these steps:

Damaged on arrival: Take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kingsworkwear.com.au. Include your order number and photos of the damage.
Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

We will work with you to resolve any issue as quickly as possible in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

10. Pre-Order Items

Estimated arrival dates displayed on pre-order products are provided by our suppliers and are indicative only.
Pre-order delivery dates may be subject to supplier delays of approximately 1 week.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be held and shipped together when the pre-order item arrives.
To receive your in-stock items sooner, please place them as a separate order from your pre-order items.
